It was so warm and sunny that we headed up the the pool in Mill Valley. The sun was so low the pool was in the shade, but that did not deter the kids or their friends from having a great time.

Here's what happened in the little playground near our house in Golden Gate Park during the storms last week. We've had many a picnic and party at these picnic tables.

I saw the same sunset Beau saw last night. This is looking over at Ocean Beach.

And this morning, January 1, 2008, the surfers were out en masse. It looked like an amazing surf out there. If you look closely, you can see the guys and gals in their wet suits. They were having fun - and some pretty long rides, too.

Better late than never, right? Here are some pix from the office party and trick-or-treating. I couldn't get any good shots of the kids - they were running from door to door too fast - but I did get some good shots of some great jack-o-lanterns. It's so nice to have a phone that takes good pictures.
